How the Metabolic Balance® Program Works

We review your health history, symptoms, goals, and metabolic profile to determine whether the Metabolic Balance® program is appropriate for you.

2️⃣ Blood Testing
A metabolic panel blood test is used to analyse key metabolic markers. These results are used to generate your personalised Metabolic Balance® nutrition plan.

3️⃣ Personalised Nutrition Plan
Based on your blood chemistry, you receive your individual food list and structured nutrition plan designed to support metabolic balance.

4️⃣ Guided 12-Week Support
You are supported through the four phases of the Metabolic Balance® program with regular consultations, guidance, and ongoing support.
